Christi was originally a singer but has always wanted to play guitar.

Christi (Mom), keeps rhythm with her guitar & sings lead vocals. The movie, "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" was her inspiration to start the band. She says the family flavor of the bluegrass community fuels their pickin' & grinnin'!

In 2002 she took her first guitar lesson at CPCC, and in addtion took voice lessons to improve. Along the way "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" movie came out and she and her husband realized they both loved bluegrass music, After attending bluegrass festivals, she was so enamored with the all inclusive feel from the people she saw that she decided to get lessons for the rest of the family. Started from dead scratch and has been on this Bluegrass journey with her family ever since.
